At this time, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada.

We currently do not accept orders from countries or regions outside the United States and Canada. If an order is placed from outside these areas, we may need to cancel and refund the order.

Pre-orders will be open from July 4, 2026 to August 31, 2026.

After the pre-order period closes, we will begin preparing production and international shipping.

We currently plan to start shipping from October 2026 onward.

Please note that this schedule is an estimate and may change depending on production progress, customs procedures, carrier availability, or global shipping conditions.

Shipping fees, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges related to international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

For this pre-order, applicable shipping fees, import duties, and taxes will be calculated and collected in advance at checkout.

These fees are not included in the product price unless clearly stated.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid.

We plan to ship using a DDP shipping method where possible. Under this shipping method, applicable import duties and taxes are collected from the customer in advance at checkout and paid through our shipping process to our logistics partner.

In principle, customers should not need to pay import duties or taxes again upon delivery if the shipment is processed correctly as DDP.

Yes. Because this is an international pre-order, production and shipping schedules may change.

Shipping may be delayed due to customs procedures, carrier delays, changes in international shipping conditions, natural disasters, political situations, changes in customs regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If shipping becomes impossible before dispatch due to circumstances outside of our control, we will cancel and refund the affected order.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipping fees, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to receive the package, or failure to collect the package, any reshipping fees, return shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees may be charged to the customer.

Because this is a pre-order item, cancellations may not be accepted once production, material procurement, or shipping preparation has started.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or differences in image from what was expected.

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping, customs, tax, cancellation, return, and refund policies.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, photos or videos showing the issue, and photos of the packaging if the package was damaged during shipping.

After reviewing the information, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, partial refund, or refund.

Because international return shipping can be very costly, please do not send the item back without contacting us first.

For this pre-order, we plan to ship orders to the United States and Canada using OCS or another trusted international logistics partner.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information so that you can follow the delivery status of your package.
