Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with IKI products.

Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from Japan.

In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within 7 days after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are offered as pre-order items.

Estimated shipping is approximately 2–4 months after your order has been confirmed.

Please refer to each product page for the estimated shipping schedule.

Production schedules may change due to manufacturing or logistics conditions. If significant delays occur, we will notify affected customers.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations and shipping fees are displayed during checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees before delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

すべての商品は日本より発送いたします。

通常販売商品

在庫商品の発送は、ご注文確定後7日以内を目安としております。

関税・輸入税について

海外配送では、お届け先の国・地域の法令により、関税・輸入税・付加価値税（VAT）等が発生する場合があります。

これらの費用は商品代金・送料には含まれておらず、すべてお客様のご負担となります。

商品のお受け取り前に、配送会社または税関の案内に従ってお支払いください。
