Pre-Order Items

Some products offered by IKI products are available for pre-order.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase, and production or order processing begins after your order is confirmed.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or logistics conditions. If significant delays occur, affected customers will be notified.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted before production begins, subject to our confirmation.

Once production or order processing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

予約販売商品について

IKI productsでは、一部の商品を予約販売しております。

予約販売商品は、ご注文時に決済が完了し、生産・発送準備を開始いたします。

各商品の発送予定時期は商品ページに記載しておりますが、生産状況や物流事情により変更となる場合があります。その際は、対象のお客様へ速やかにご案内いたします。

キャンセルについて

生産開始前であれば、キャンセルのご相談を承ります。

生産開始後または発送準備開始後のキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。

商品発送後の返品・返金につきましては、「返品・返金ポリシー」をご確認ください。
