Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing IKI products.

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the condition of the item

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are sold as pre-order items.

Estimated shipping times are displayed on each product page. Once production or order processing has begun, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days before the refund appears in your account.

ご注文前に、以下の返品・返金ポリシーをご確認ください。

不良品・破損・誤配送について

商品に初期不良、破損、または誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

ご連絡の際は、以下をご用意ください。

  • ご注文番号

  • 不具合の内容

  • 商品の状態が確認できる写真

内容を確認のうえ、交換または返金にて対応いたします。

お客様都合による返品・交換

以下の理由による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

  • サイズの選択間違い

  • イメージ違い

  • お客様都合による返品・交換

  • ご使用後・洗濯後・加工後・お客様のもとで破損した商品

ご注文前に商品説明およびサイズガイドを十分ご確認ください。

予約販売商品について

一部の商品は予約販売となります。

発送予定時期は各商品ページに記載しております。

生産開始後または発送準備開始後のキャンセル・返品・返金は、不良品または誤配送を除きお受けできません。

返金について

返金が承認された場合は、ご注文時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

ご利用の決済会社によっては、返金の反映まで数営業日かかる場合があります。
