Tsukita’s father is a Kaga Yuzen artisan, while Sazaki’s father is a chef continuing his family’s Edo-period funazushi business. Growing up surrounded by craftsmanship, we naturally embraced an appreciation for detail and a deep love for creation.
Our paths crossed at MIHARA YASUHIRO and Yohji Yamamoto, where we gained invaluable experience. Inspired by this journey, we came together to create a brand that fuses Japanese tradition with modern sensibilities.

Fashion designer Tsukita and photographer Sazaki grew up under a craftsman father, cultivating a deep sense of Iki.
Rooted in the Edo period, Iki embodies elegance, allure, and refined sensibility.
Through collaboration, we transcend cultural and linguistic boundaries to bring this spirit to life, shaping a new expression of Iki for the future.
